EPOCH Bar & Kitchen Terrace at the Ritz Carlton, Toronto Is Officially Open
The 88-seats terrace, placed amidst lush foliage with views of Simcoe Park, is a hidden oasis at the heart of the city’s bustling entertainment district. Enjoy dishes prepared in the open-air terrace kitchen or a cocktail prepared at the centrepiece bar. The refreshed, seasonally-inspired cocktail menu will feature locally-sourced ingredients and celebrates the beginning of a new era. Concepts, ingredients and infusions on the menu are inspired by garden ambience, tropical motifs and a nod to classic cinema.
Some of our favourites from the Summer 2022 cocktail menu include:
- Interlude: Bright and bubbly with a delicate floral finish, taking this nuanced version of the beloved ‘French 75’ to another level. (Lavender & Blue Tea infused Tanqueray Gin, Fino Sherry, Honey, Fresh Lemon, Prosecco)
- Enter the Dragon: This unique blend of fine Caribbean rum, exotic dragon fruit, invigorating mint and citrus flavours finishes with subtle heat not customarily found in a traditional ‘Mojito’. (Plantation 3 Stars Rum, Blueberry & Pitaya Syrup, Fresh Mint & Lime, Habanero Tincture)
- Director’s Cut: A new, elegant vision for the iconic Peruvian classic ‘Pisco Sour’. An intense citrus fragrance is complemented by grape and apple notes with an overall silky smooth texture. (Kaffir Lime Leaf infused Pisco, Jasmine Syrup, Fresh Lime, Orange Bitters, Aquafaba)
