This fall, Shangri-La Hotels across Europe, Canada, India, Sri Lanka, the Indian Ocean and the Middle East invite guests to savour a world of flavours with Taste of Shangri-La 2026, an exclusive dining celebration showcasing the culinary artistry of 25 restaurants and bars across 11 hotels. The global festival runs from October 1 to 31, 2026, with Shangri-La Toronto extending its local Taste of Shangri-La experience at bosk through November 15, 2026.

Known for immersing guests in the spirit of each destination through exceptional hospitality, Shangri-La has cultivated a distinctive gastronomic legacy. From Paris and Istanbul to London, Toronto, New Delhi and Colombo, Taste of Shangri-La presents specially curated menus that celebrate the culinary character of each venue through dishes crafted by the chefs who bring these restaurants to life. Designed to make exceptional dining more accessible, the experience invites guests to discover world-class cuisine through thoughtfully created menus at an approachable price.

A Taste of Northern Italy at Shangri-La Toronto

At bosk, Shangri-La Toronto’s signature restaurant, seasonal Canadian ingredients meet the warmth and artistry of Northern Italian cuisine. Rooted in nature, the Taste of Shangri-La menu celebrates local and seasonal produce, refined culinary techniques and thoughtfully selected Canadian and European wine pairings.

For lunch, guests can begin with a choice of Caramelized Cauliflower Soup with Cookstown Farms cauliflower variations, prosciutto di Parma, Brodflour sourdough crouton and toasted hazelnuts; Poached Pear Salad with white wine-poached Bosc pear, Ohme Farms chicory, whipped Gorgonzola Dolce, rooftop B-Wall honey and walnut; or Duck Terrine with duck confit, Ontario cider gel, Warner Farms apple butter and house-made focaccia. Entrées include Roasted Beet Ravioli with house-made stuffed pasta, Cookstown beets, Hewitts Dairy goats ricotta, candy cane beets, orange beurre blanc and tarragon pangrattato; East Coast Canadian Seafood Risotto with Fogo Island shrimp, Little Neck clams, Bay scallops, Niagara white wine, pickled mustard greens and sweet drop peppers; or Porchetta with roasted pork belly, Ontario quince mostarda, polenta cake, Brussels sprouts, Cookstown squash purée and Ontario cider pork jus.

At dinner, the menu continues with seasonal starters including Caramelized Cauliflower Soup and Poached Pear Salad, alongside Crispy Pork Belly with creamy polenta, Ontario quince mostarda, pickled squash, Brussels sprouts and Ontario cider pork jus. Entrées include Roasted Beet Ravioli; Dry Aged Duck Breast with farro and pistachio succotash, Barolo-poached fig and Ohme Farms Savoy cabbage; and Cape D’Or Salmon with butter-poached salmon, squid ink foam salmon mousse-stuffed pasta, mustard greens and fire-roasted peppers. Optional wine pairings feature selections from Canada and Europe, including wines from Prince Edward County, Niagara, Sicily, Rioja and Burgundy.

For a sweet finish, guests can choose between Pumpkin Chai Torte with chai tea mousse, Sicilian pistachio and salted caramel, or Chestnut Tiramisu with chestnut cream, vanilla mousse and poached Forelle pear.

The Taste of Shangri-La lunch menu is priced at CAD 35 per person for two courses and CAD 48 per person for three courses, with optional wine pairings at CAD 25 and CAD 35 respectively. Dinner is CAD 65 per person for two courses and CAD 79 per person for three courses, with optional wine pairings at CAD 35 and CAD 45 respectively. Pricing excludes taxes and service charges.

Shangri-La Toronto’s Taste of Shangri-La menu at bosk is available from October 1 to November 15, 2026.

Taste of Shangri-La is a celebration of culinary artistry, local connection and the simple joy of a memorable meal.
