Your Pet Can Now Experience Furs Class Travel

No more guilt trips when it comes to traveling with pets. Vicuna Air, a new luxury airline, is addressing the emotional and practical challenges pet owners face with air travel and has announced new routes in Canada from Toronto and Vancouver. Canadians can now experience a more premium, stress-free way to travel with their pets.
At the centre of its service is “Furs Class”, which allows pets to travel in the cabin alongside their owners. Furs Class booking includes door-to-door chauffeured transport between home and the aircraft on both departure and return.
For those flying separately from their pets, “Biscuit Class” offers a private jet experience where animals travel with a dedicated Vicuna concierge who stays with them throughout their trip. Biscuit Class services include pre-flight video calls to meet each pet, full documentation handling, and live updates on travel day.
The founder of the airline, Jamie Everett, created Vicuna Air after highlighting the lack of safe and comfortable options for flying pets internationally, saying, “I know absolutely that dogs and cats deserve equal treatment, same as any family member”.
The expanding network connects North American cities like New York City, Los Angeles, and San Francisco with international destinations such as London and Paris, with additional routes expected in the future.
Flights are set to begin in May 2026, introducing a new option for Canadian pet owners seeking a calmer, more thoughtful way to travel.
