Speaker Slam®, North America’s largest inspirational speaking competition, proudly announces the 2024 Grand Slam: Inspirational Speaking Finals on November 9th, 2024, at the CBC Glenn Gould Studio in Toronto. This highly anticipated event will feature 14 top speakers from across North America, all competing for the prestigious title of Inspirational Speaker of the Year and a $50,000 prize package, including $5,000 cash
The Theme: Brave
This year’s theme, Brave, invites speakers to share their stories of courage, resilience, and perseverance. As they take the stage, they’ll challenge us all to confront our fears and embrace life’s toughest challenges. Their powerful messages will resonate deeply, inspiring both attendees and viewers to live boldly and embrace bravery in their own lives.
In its 8th season, Speaker Slam® has hosted five powerful qualifying competitions throughout 2024, centered around distinct themes such as Reinvention, Human Connection, Freedom, Perseverance, and Power of Yes. The top two speakers from each competition, along with four wildcard selections, have earned their place in the Grand Slam to compete for the highest honor in inspirational speaking.
Speakers and judges from Canada and the USA will be flying into Toronto for the event, showcasing an incredible lineup of talent. Each speaker has triumphed in their respective competition, earning their spot through their ability to inspire, transform, and share powerful stories of growth and resilience. This final competition promises to be an unforgettable evening filled with storytelling, courage, and inspiration.
