The National Menopause Show Moves to The International Centre Following Continued Growth
Evolve Magazine is a proud media partner of the National Menopause Show, Canada’s leading event dedicated to menopause, healthy aging, and women’s midlife health. The event returns October 17–18, 2026, at The International Centre (Hall 5) in Mississauga, Ontario.
Presented by Shoppers Drug Mart, the National Menopause Show is Canada’s leading event dedicated to educating and empowering women through perimenopause, menopause, and healthy aging. Through evidence-based education, expert-led programming, and connections with trusted healthcare professionals, researchers, and innovative brands, the show helps women make informed decisions about their health and well-being.
Supported by the Herstasis Health Foundation, the National Menopause Show is committed to breaking the stigma surrounding menopause while creating a community where women have access to the knowledge, tools, and support they need to thrive throughout midlife and beyond.
The move to The International Centre provides expanded exhibit space, complimentary parking, convenient access from major highways, and proximity to Toronto Pearson International Airport, making it easier than ever for women from across Canada to attend.
This year’s event will feature television personality Melissa Grelo as host of the National Menopause Show. Sophie Grégoire Trudeau returns as the National Menopause Show Ambassador, continuing her advocacy for women’s health, wellness, and open conversations surrounding midlife.
“The theme of the National Menopause Show is incredible: Strength, support and knowledge for all women.”
Healthy Aging, Backed by Science
The National Menopause Show remains committed to delivering trusted, science-backed education at a time when women are often faced with conflicting health information. The 2026 program will explore the latest research and practical strategies on topics including hormone therapy, cardiovascular health, brain health, bone health, nutrition, sleep, weight management, sexual wellness, pelvic floor health, mental health, skin health, and longevity.
“Women are often faced with conflicting health information, which makes personalized, evidence-based care more important than ever,” says Dr. Michelle Jacobsen, member of the National Menopause Show Medical Advisory Board. “The National Menopause Show provides access to leading experts and the latest research, empowering women to make informed decisions and advocate for their own health.”
The weekend will feature physician-led educational sessions, keynote presentations, interactive wellness experiences, and an expansive marketplace showcasing products and services that support women through every stage of midlife and beyond.
“Our vision has always been to create a trusted destination where women feel informed, supported, and inspired,” says Angela Macgregor, Founder of the National Menopause Show. “Too many women are still searching for credible information about perimenopause, menopause and healthy aging. By bringing together Canada’s leading experts, healthcare organizations, and innovative brands, we’re creating an experience that is educational, empowering, and welcoming. Every woman deserves access to evidence-based information that helps her live a healthier, stronger life.”
